15 Day Supply + Mixer
Our growing region is so unique due to the subtropical climate with distinct seasons, and a precipitation pattern that provides the perfect growing conditions.
The high-altitude, fresh air and mineral-rich, volcanic soil is what makes the leaves so nutrient-dense and the perfect location to blend our potent matcha.
Here are a few reasons why we're so different:- The plants are shade-grown in volcanic soil for up to 25 days before harvest to boost nutrient production.
- In the spring, only the finest leaves are selectively handpicked. It takes a true tea master to know when and what leaves to use.
- The leaves are then steamed and dried after harvest to preserve flavour and nutrients.
- De-stemming and de-veining of the leaves are done to improve the texture and taste of the powder.
- The leaves are then lightly roasted and slowly stone milled for up to 1 hour (per 30g), whilst being pulverised into a fine powder - keeping delicate nutrients intact.
- The finished matcha is packaged into special airtight, high grade packaging to prevent oxidation from air and light, whilst maintaining optimum freshness.
We only stone-mill our fresh organic leaves to meet demand, which ensures optimum freshness and potency. We NEVER store our matcha for months on end.
Lastly, we shade-grow the plants at the right time of the season to develop higher levels of focus boosting amino acids, improve the flavour, reduce bitterness, and yield higher levels of strong antioxidants and calming amino acids.
Increased Alertness & Productivity - Matcha contains 35mg of caffeine (per serving) for that extra kick, but unlike a cup of coffee matcha gradually releases the caffeine into your body for a period of up to 6 hours. This is due to a rare natural energy boosting amino acid called L-theanine -- which gives you sustainable energy and focus throughout the day, without any side effects that are associated with caffeine consumption, such as the 'jitters', a crash, anxiety or mood plummets.
Promotes Weight Loss - According to research published in the American Journal of Nutrition, matcha has been shown to increase thermogenesis (the rate at which our bodies burn calories) from 8-10% to 35-43%. Matcha can also boost metabolism and increase fat burning by up to 17% without raising blood pressure or heart rate. A 2005 study in the American Journal of Clinical Nutrition found that participants who drank catechin-rich green tea daily dropped almost twice as much weight in 12 weeks as participants who didn't. They also found that the catechins are associated with reduced BMI and waist circumference.
Protects From Cell Damage & Lower Risk Of Chronic Diseases - According to Harvard research, green tea is the best food source of a group of antioxidants known as catechins. Research has shown catechins (such as EGCG) to be more powerful than both vitamins C and E in stopping oxidative damage to cells. They also appear to have other disease-fighting abilities. Published in the Journal of Chromatography, the results were groundbreaking. The researchers discovered that, “The concentration of EGCG available from drinking matcha is 137 times greater than the amount of EGCG available from China Green Tips green tea".
Enhances Cognitive Function & Boosts Memory - Matcha contains high amounts of L-theanine, an amino acid that increases the production of serotonin and dopamine in the brain. According to research published in the Asia Pacific Journal of Nutrition, the increased production of dopamine and serotonin helps you to learn and perform better. These two chemicals serve to enhance mood, improve memory, and promote better concentration for up to 6 hours without a crash.
Improve Skin Health - The catechins in matcha help protect and reduce your skin from free radicals, preventing signs of ageing. Due to the amazing anti-inflammatory properties of EGCG, it also helps treat rosacea and even acne by reducing redness. In a study published by the Medical College of Georgia, the EGCG found in green tea rejuvenated surface skin cells that would otherwise die. Not only does matcha reduce inflammation, it also stimulates elastin production to add volume to the skin, while protecting against free radicals that cause sun damage, age spots, dry skin, and yes, wrinkles. This is why some people use it directly on their faces!
Strengthens Immune System - One cup of our matcha has as many nutrients and antioxidants as 10 cups of regular green tea. It's packed with exponentially more antioxidants than any other superfood, including chlorophyll. Chlorophyll in matcha is a very effective detoxifier that can aid in the elimination of unwanted toxins, chemicals and heavy metals from your body. Chlorophyll increases the blood’s capacity to deliver oxygen and other nutrients to cells within the body, which helps the body regenerate and cleanse itself at the cellular level. Consuming a daily cup of matcha is an easy way to incorporate detoxification into your everyday life.

Matcha Fuel Starter Kit (Special Offer)

On my 3rd bag of matcha superlatte the others have been lovely this one tasted awful like it was off if had a damp mouldy taste to it and I couldn’t drink it
This tastes great, I could drink it all day, I have 1 in the morning then another around 11.30.
I noticed after about 1 week that I'm not as tired in the afternoon as I usually was, I am also sleeping better at night.
I've only been using Match latte for just over a week but already I don't feel quite so bloated and sleeping better.
I felt energised and balanced after 3 days!! I realise the taste as well

Amazing product which gives loads of energy!
Brilliant stuff - though I wish they could do a sugar/stevia free version too
Been using Matcha Fuel for weeks and have great benefits of energy increase, less fatigue mid afternoon and an overall well being.
I love the taste of Matcha fuel and have completely replace my coffee intake with it, I only add water to the powder, and the result is very creamy. The hand blender really helps also . I would like the packets to be bigger and also not to receive a scoop with each order, as it feels like such a waste of plastic.
What’s not to like about this delicious tasting super fungi matcha? I have it with hot unsweetened organic almond milk and look forward to a cup once a day.

Really does help to make a nice creamy drink and makes sure the powder is deserved. Not essential but very useful for many things that need thoroughly mixing.
My friend introduced me to Matcha and I haven’t drank coffee since., over 2 months! I add Matcha to my morning smoothie and it sets me up for the day. If I drink my Matcha as a latte I use my frothier it’s great.
Fantastic product as described and good delivery time and service
This is my third pouch of Matcha and it really does everything it says on the tin!
Delivery is normally fantastic. However this time, I received an 'item dispatched' email on 21st August but the product didn't arrive. Customer service responded promptly to my query saying that the item wasn't actually dispatched until the 30th - 9 days late.
A tighter communication system and it would be 5 stars everytime!
My whisk broke making it difficult to mix up my matcha tea. I was sent a replacement very promptly. Many thanks 😎

Since 100% of the leaf is consumed, you're also ingesting all of the lead. If the tea leaves were high in lead, then the matcha becomes highly contaminated.
Why is this a concern? Excessive exposure to lead can cause reduced brain function and motor skills. It's the most common contaminant in urban soils.
High levels of not only lead but other potentially dangerous metals are found in lesser quality matcha.
OUR APPROACH
Heavy metals find their way into matcha when brands grow on huge industrial farms with poor soil quality and heavy reliance on chemical fertilisers and pesticides. They then skip the all important heavy metal checks to save their precious profit margins, resulting in matcha that is potentially toxic to our health.
Seeing this research made us even more determined to produce the healthiest, cleanest and safest matcha on the planet. This is why we only source the highest quality matcha and batch test our products to ensure they are 100% safe.

I I absolutely love the organic Ceremonial Matcha tea!!
I have been drinking this over two years now, and look forward to my subscription coming every month.
I am yet to try the supercharged instant latte, think I will try this next time as it sounds amazing!!
I cannot fault the product as a drink, it really is a great drink! The ONLY reason I’ve given 4 stars is the price…. maybe if the subscription price was lower possibly.
Very easy to make and tastes delicious. I drink it hot every morning and it has definitely helped with my memory. I would highly recommend getting the subscription as you don’t have to remember to order and it works out cheaper too.
Tasty, super yummy and awake/alert for a while so make sure you don’t miss you elevenses as any later you will be up when it should be switch off time x
Best way to make the latte is in a Velvetiser/milk frothier with raw milk for a richer smoother velvety drink. I still have my barista expresso coffee in the morning and chai latte at night, the matcha latte is the mid afternoon indulgence which gets me over my energy slump when I would have been reaching for sugary snacks.
