When will my order dispatch?

After your payment is verified, it takes up to 24 hours to process and ship your order. This does not include weekends or holidays. Purchases made after 3 am EST will not be shipped out until the next business day. If you order after 3 am EST on a Friday, your order will likely be shipped out on the following Monday.

How long is delivery?

Delivery usually takes between 1-2 business days. However, due to high demand it can sometimes take up to 5 business days.

How much is delivery?

Orders under £50 are £2.95. Orders over £50 are free. We will dispatch your order via Royal Mail tracked 48 hours.

Will I have to pay taxes & duties?

We are based in the UK, so you will not have to pay any taxes or duties.

What payment options do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard and PayPal. All transfer of your payment information, including credit card handling is done through a secure server using the Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) Protocol. 

Do you offer a guarantee?

How many servings are in a pouch?

There are 15 servings in a 300g pouch of SuperLatte. 1 serving = 2 scoops. We recommend up to 3 servings/lattes per day.

How long does Matcha Fuel last for?

You can store our matcha for up to a year, but we recommend 6 months to keep it fresh.

I was charged another payment?

This is because you had opted into our optional Subscribe & Save Program. If you don't to be subscribed anymore, just send us a quick email at support@matchafuel.com, and we'll handle it for you.
